It's my nephew Karlo's 9th birthday well that will be tomorrow Jan 8 since he is visiting us we decided to celebrate his birthday today.So i surprise him with 3 varities of chocolate cakes which he and his other cousins thoroughly enjoyed well except for the square one which is reserved for tomorrow his birthday which he will enjoy with his older sisters angel and jeng.
Its the first presentable chocolate cake i had done and hhhhmmm kinda proud of the outcome.
This chocolate cupcake with choco ganache and sugar sprinkle was a hit among the kids well Karlo's 5 cousins great way to serve the kids with their individual cakes.
This is the best seller of the cakes for the health conscious its good too made of whole wheat flour and muscovado sugar (organic brown sugar) its super moist and light .
